Product Description
(1) The plate heat exchanger realizes the sealing between plates through the sealing gasket, which prevents the leakage of fluid and can bear certain pressure. At the same time, the two kinds of media flow through their own channels through the sealing gasket, without mixing with each other. Therefore, the quality of the gasket plays a very important role in the use quality of the plate heat exchanger. The ability of the plate heat exchanger to bear internal pressure and the degree of temperature resistance are basically determined by the gasket.
(2) Installation method of gasket
- using adhesives.
Good pressure fluctuation resistance, not easy to deform, difficult to replace.
- mechanical clamping.
Easy to replace, prevent the adhesive from decomposing chloride ion at high temperature, corrosion of stainless steel plate, and sensitive to pressure fluctuation
