Equipment Maintenance and Repair

  After the equipment is running, Nuochen will track the usage, assist the on-site personnel to grasp the structure, operation characteristics and maintenance methods of the equipment, and guide users to clean the equipment;
  After receiving feedback from users, Nuochen guarantees to provide solutions within 4 hours; if it needs to be dealt with on-site, it is guaranteed to send professional service personnel to the scene within 48 hours.
  Nuochen implements the on-site service evaluation system and the regular return visit system to users, thereby promoting the improvement of service quality and product quality.
  Every year, Nuochen will make a stockpiling for the wearing parts of the products with a large amount of consumption, so as to ensure that the user can provide the spare parts as soon as possible in the event of an emergency.
  When the sold products need to be replaced, if the main structural parts are affected, Nuochen will notify customers half a year in advance to prepare spare parts.
  During the warranty period of the equipment, Nuochen will provide the necessary wearing parts free of charge, and provide paid services outside the warranty period.
